Creating and Applying Brand Profiles
Brand Profiles let you save a repeatable visual style and apply it in one click when generating new content.
What a Brand Profile Stores
Each profile can include:
- Style selections (lighting, background, style, angle, cuisine, daypart, composition)
- Additional prompt instructions
- Negative prompt guidance
- Advanced tuning controls
- Optional style reference analysis
Create a Brand Profile
- Go to Team and open the brand profile/preset area.
- Configure your style settings.
- Click Save Brand Profile and give it a clear name (for example:
Dinner - Rustic Warm). - Repeat for other campaigns, menu types, or channels.
Apply a Brand Profile While Creating
- Open Create.
- Choose your generation mode.
- Select a Brand Profile from the preset/profile selector.
- The form is auto-filled with your saved settings.
- Adjust anything needed and generate.
Brand Profile Limits by Plan
| Plan | Brand Profiles |
|---|---|
| Appetizer | 3 |
| Main Course | 12 |
| The Banquet | 40 |
If you hit your limit, delete unused profiles or upgrade your plan at /pricing.
Best Practices
- Keep profile names specific by use case (e.g.
Lunch - Bright Clean). - Save profiles from successful outputs to improve repeatability.
- Keep a small set of team-approved profiles to maintain consistency.
